Missions

We at Living Water Fellowship believe that it is not only the individual believers responsibility to tithe, as a Spiritual act of worship, but the local Church should also tithe 10% of it's gross income as well.  

Malachi 3:8-12  8 "Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me.       "But you ask, 'How do we rob you?'
      "In tithes and offerings. 9 You are under a curse—the whole nation of you—because you are robbing me. 10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. 11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit," says the LORD Almighty. 12 "Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land," says the LORD Almighty.

THE way we believe this should be done is to send support to missions, thus helping to fulfill the great commission.  Matthew 25 19 - 20 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Pregnancy Resources
Pregnancy Resources is a local crisis pregnancy center. They have been in the area for over seven years helping women with counseling and practical alternatives to abortion, including tangible help with medical needs, supplies, or adoption referral.

Hope Ministry
This ministry specializes in supporting those who are motivated to deal with spiritual, emotional and relational issues. The ministry includes, but is not limited to addiction issues. We are prepared to assist individuals and families in crisis, to make referrals to Christian counselors, support groups and residential programs.

Jim and Elizabeth Maher
Jim Maher was a pastor here at Church on the Rock for many years. He has been blessed with a wonderful ability to usher in the presence of the Lord through music. In 2000, he and his wife, Elizabeth were called to move to Kansas City, Missouri to join the International House of Prayer. He leads daily sessions of praise, worship, and prayer.
